Introduced on January 20, 2017, HB2120, the Kansas Death with Dignity Act, is referred to the House Committee on Health and Human Services.
Meanwhile, a resolution in the Kansas State House, HCR5010, is introduced to oppose “physician-assisted suicide.” A hearing takes place on March 6, 2017.
