The Ron Silverio/Heather Block Delaware End of Life Options Act (HB 140), is having its first public hearing this Wednesday, January 29 at 11:30 AM before the House Health and Human Development Committee.

This hearing is crucial. At the end of the public hearing, legislators will vote on whether to advance the End of Life Options Act, bringing it one step closer to becoming law. We urgently need Death with Dignity supporters to submit their testimony and show lawmakers why HB 140 must pass this session.
