Good news! A new bill, HB637, has been introduced to protect Death with Dignity by making it legal through legislation, and there is a public hearing on Wednesday, February 26!

Montana. We’re working to pass legislation that writes this court decision into law–providing clear steps for patients to follow and ensuring Montanans can continue to access this peaceful and compassionate end-of-life option.
