New York’s Death with Dignity bill — The New York Medical Aid in Dying Act (A995A/S2445A) — has not yet received a public hearing in 2024. New polling tells us that 72% of New Yorkers support making Death with Dignity legal in New York, and now, we need to find six new supporters in the Assembly to pledge their support for the bill so it can advance.
